When choosing the delivery option, preferences were given to the Air direction, due to the fact that the Auto borders were in the “red” mode, and the contract had to be executed before 12/30/2020.
The main difficulty in choosing a carrier was that the dimensions of the cargo exceeded the standard parameters of the aircraft, only a cargo flight was needed. The airline carrier "AirBridge Cargo" is the leader in the oversized route from China. The flight was booked 2 weeks before departure, at a time when the production of the line was at the stage of production and customization. At the same time, the translation and printing of technical documentation into Russian was prepared.
The production of the line was completed on time and we began to implement logistics across the Russian Federation. In parallel with the delivery process, we gave the customer the dimensions of the boxes for expanding the window opening through which the rigging was carried out. With such dimensions of equipment, you need:
- Be sure to carry out a rigging plan
- Hire a specialized team with a license
- In case of feeding through a window, disassemble the entire wall to the floor
- Insure cargo for rigging
The installation was carried out by qualified engineers with experience in connecting and configuring this type of equipment.
No defects were found during unpacking. ВAll components are wrapped with shipping tape and securely fixed. The assembly was carried out in stages strictly according to the video instructions. The assembly of the line was done in 2 days, another 2 days were setting the software and adjusting the positions of the sensors and the main tape of the line. After the test run, the position sensor was found to be defective. The kit includes spare sensors, the replacement was not particularly difficult.
All components of the line are easily adjustable, but there is a need for constant monitoring and tightening of all units, because vibrations tend to loosen all the mechanisms during operation.
Special control should be given to:
- air pressure supplied by the compressor
- quality control of the image on the cassette, otherwise the line will give out a marriage
- when cutting sheets, the material must be 100% dry
- "Knife" leading cutting and adjusting to the size of the sheets
- pay special attention to the packing machine, control of the silica gel bags
