Description

The QuantStudio3D system is designed for digital PCR and determines nucleic acids with maximum accuracy and reliability. After the addition of DNA, the reaction mixture is divided into many microvolumes, in each of which the target DNA region is amplified. In the QuantStudio3D system, DNA amplification and evaluation of amplification products are carried out in a nanofluidic chip with 20,000 wells, each of which is an independent volume with its own reaction mixture. Some of these reactions contain the target molecule (positive), while others do not (negative).
