The Juno System enables high-throughput SNP genotyping using microfluidic technology to run thousands of individual PCRs in parallel. Juno has a built-in universal IFC controller for filling all commercially available Fluidigm chips with reagents, and a thermocycler for amplification. To analyze PCR results, Juno is equipped with an EP1 scanner for fluorescence signal detection.
