Description

The Fluidigm EP1 system is designed for high-throughput genotyping, digital PCR for gene copy number (CNV) and absolute nucleic acid quantification and other tasks solved using the endpoint PCR technique. Depending on the tasks, the system allows you to carry out from 144 to 37 thousand unique PCRs per device start-up. The system is not tied to specific manufacturers of reagents, and nanoliter volumes of reactions significantly reduce the cost of research.
