Plates are fed from bi-directional stackers using a lifting mechanism. The smooth movement of the mechanism prevents destruction of the contents of the plate before sealing. The airtight seal is the same for each well, eliminating the possibility of cross-contamination.
The desktop workstation can support a wide range of roll-fed laminates, thermosetting, and three different grades of materials; foil, breathable and transparent printing. Pressure, Temperature and Time Control AutoSeal allows users to precisely program the seal class by controlling seal adhesion and quality. This results in a low level of thermal residues on the plates and a reproducible peel force without compromising compaction quality.
AutoSeal has an intuitive user interface for programming temperature (100C to 210C) and sealing time (1 to 99 seconds) for fixed pressures. The built-in controller can record up to 10 user-defined time and temperature sequences, which can be accessed and recalled by simply scrolling through the numeric list on the built-in display. This one AutoSeal desktop workstation can handle a wide variety of wafer types and thermal materials in an automated workflow, minimizing your detection time and operating costs.
