Description

Chromatographic sorbent Profinity IMAC is designed for the isolation of histidine-labeled (His-tag) proteins by affinity chromatography. Two variants of the chelating ligand: iminodiacetic acid (IDA) and nickel-charged iminodiacetic acid (NIDA). The uncharged form can be charged with a transition metal ion for even more cleaning flexibility. Used under non-denaturing or denaturing conditions.
