Description

Profinity Epoxide is an activated affinity chromatographic base for the immobilization of biomolecules. Profinity Epoxide is a carrier for the immobilization of ligands that contain nucleophiles such as amino, thiol or hydroxyl groups. These groups bind to epoxy groups on a carrier, which is then used to purify proteins, carbohydrates, or DNA. Supplied as dry powder (1 g of powder gives 8 ml final volume).
