Description

Sorbent Chelex 100 is a microporous copolymer of styrene and divinyl benzene, contains paired iminodiacetate ions, which are a chelating agent for polyvalent metal ions. Carboxyl groups included in the sorbent polymer make it possible to classify it as a weak cation exchanger, but, unlike other sorbents, Chelex 100 sorbents have a much higher affinity for metal ions.

Delivery of sorbents with Molecular Biology grade certificates is possible - does not contain endo- and exonucleases and ligase inhibitors; and Biotechnology grade - less than 100 microorganisms / gram of sorbent.
