Description

Chromatographic sorbent DEAE Affi-Gel Blue is an affinity gel with Cibacron Blue F3GA dye, which is covalently linked to the DEAE Bio-Gel A. Affi-Gel Blue provides a one-step purification of IgG antibodies from serum: the dye binds albumin, proteases and other proteins of the system complement, and the DEAE group binds the remaining acidic proteins.
