Chromatographic sorbent CHT Type II is suitable for the removal of protein A, endotoxins, nucleic acids and aggregates, has a very low affinity for foralbumin and is especially suitable for the purification of many types and classes of immunoglobulins. SNT Type II is sintered at 700 ° C and has a lower protein capacity (> 12.5 mg of lysozyme per gram of sorbent), better separates nucleic acids compared to CHT Type I.
